As a Client Associate, you’ll play a vital role in managing cases end-to-end, making sure that assessments, treatments, and workplace adjustments are delivered seamlessly. You’ll ensure our clients and their employees are kept informed and supported every step of the way.

- End-to-End Case Management
:
Managing cases from initial referral to completion, ensuring all processes are followed and SLAs are met. - Booking Appointments
:
Scheduling workplace assessments, treatments, and coaching sessions with internal clinicians or third parties. - Liaising with Stakeholders
:
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, employees, internal colleagues, and suppliers via phone, email, and letters. - Report Management
:
Reviewing and proofreading reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, escalating any concerns as needed. - Coordinating Workplace Adjustments
:
Ordering equipment, software, and organising coaching sessions, while keeping all stakeholders informed every step of the way. - Supplier Collaboration
:
Working closely with our network of suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and adjustments. - Financial Administration
:
Adding fees to cases, calculating costs, raising purchase orders, and approving invoices using SAP Concur. - Problem-Solving
:
Handling escalations, complex cases, and blockers, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction. - Data Management
:
Updating spreadsheets, maintaining records, and producing management information (MI) to track and report progress. - Upholding Standards
:
Acting in line with our core values of diligence, honesty, professionalism, and exemplary customer service, while ensuring compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Excellent Communication Skills
:
Both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders. - Attention to Detail

With the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure without compromising quality. - IT Proficiency

Comfortable using databases, Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Customer Service Experience
