Vehicle Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car and van dealership in Bristol, is seeking a highly experienced Car/Van Sales Manager due to an internal promotion.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead a dynamic team and contribute to a growing, multi-brand business focusing on electric vehicle development.

Starting basic salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Business hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday Duties of a Vehicle Sales Manager:

Lead, coach, and support a team of car and van sales staff to meet or exceed performance targets
Promote exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices and valuing customer feedback
Develop and execute engaging sales campaigns and events to generate business
Monitor market trends and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies
Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate customer data records
Act as a role model by exemplifying the dealership’s values and standards
Drive a customer-centric sales environment that enhances brand reputation

Requirements of a Vehicle Sales Manager:

Proven track record as a Sales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership
Experience in either car or commercial vehicle sales is acceptable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving excellent results
