Our client, a well‑established independent workshop with nearly 40 years of consistent service in East Bristol, is looking to expand their team by recruiting a dedicated Vehicle Technician.

• Competitive starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum, with potential for salary increases based on length of service

• Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
• Carry out MOTs (if holding an active MOT licence)
• Accurately identify faults and report vehicle condition, safety, and performance to the Company Owner
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Health & Safety and quality procedures
• Work efficiently within a busy and dynamic workshop environment, meeting team targets as a Vehicle Technician
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Experience in vehicle repairs and diagnostics – formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 are desirable but not essential
• Active MOT licence is highly beneficial but not mandatory
• Minimum UK driving licence with minimal points
• A motivated team player with a commitment to quality work
• Ability to produce high standards under pressure
• Practical hands‑on experience is valued equally to formal certificates
