Aftersalesteam.
This is a key role within our fast-paced workshop environment, reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager.
You’llbe responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality servicing and repairs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven experience in aWorkshop Controller role, preferably within amain dealer environment.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experienced inteam management and workshop performance tracking.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient withworkshop management system sand software.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards.
