This stand‑alone role will take ownership for conflict‑of‑interest checking, ensuring that the business is kept protected around critical and strategic business activities.

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional with previous in‑depth conflict‑of‑interest and compliance knowledge from a professional services environment looking for their next step up or new challenge.

• Conduct conflict‑of‑interest checks across critical and strategic business activities.
• Work with business teams to ensure compliance with internal acceptance frameworks.
• Provide guidance and support on risk and compliance matters.
• Participate in compliance initiatives within a large compliance team.

• Experience in compliance and conflict‑of‑interest management.
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance in a professional services environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
