As a senior person you will:

• Own the growth agenda by identifying and securing new business opportunities at a strategic level.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, positioning our services as critical enablers of innovation.
• Translate complex incentive frameworks into compelling, commercially viable propositions.
• Develop and oversee tailored go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
• Maximize revenue through cross-selling and account expansion, leveraging deep industry insight.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in senior B2B sales leadership, ideally within professional services or tax advisory.
• Demonstrated success in delivering significant revenue growth and building sustainable pipelines.
• Expertise in strategic account management and consultative selling.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organized, commercially astute, and driven by results.
• Ability to lead independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
