SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

SALARY UP TO £42,000

BRISTOL - HYBRID - 3 days a week in office

A well-established agency, partnering with some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands. Recently acquired by an international marketing group, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and strengthening its client services capability!

As a Senior Account Manager, expect to be involved in the following :

• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring briefs are clearly understood and delivered against
• Working closely with Account Directors to scope, plan, and deliver client work
• Managing internal teams across creative, development, and strategy to keep projects on track
• Building strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders
• Supporting a major new client win with significant growth potential
• Identifying opportunities to expand and add value within the account
• Providing stronger day-to-day strategic ownership within a complex environment
• Supporting data-led strategy alongside execution across direct mail and email
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic direction across ongoing programmes
