  • Develop a deep understanding of Як+ client needs and market dynamics to identify pain points, validate solutions, and influence product strategy
  • Create and manage the Talent Management product roadmap ensuring journey clearly defined outcomes that balance customer needs, market trends and business objectives
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, planning, prioritisation and development to deliver impactful features and enhancements
  • Work closely with product development and user experience teams as well as internal and external users and provide visibility to key stakeholders
  • Influence without authority, driving decisions across multiple stakeholders and teams

To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams’ efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the priorit‑oization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand.

You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.

  • Roadmaps – identify product initiatives based on market competitive analysis and client feedback, establish and manage product roadmap priorities and trade‑offs.
  • Research & Requirements – own the design, document and prioritise product features. Keep learning and researching new industry trends to improve our products, incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap.
  • Relationships – create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates appropriately. Collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.
  • Measurement – measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.
  • Variable work – work with UX teams on client experience Telerik, deliver new features, product enhancements, or create new services. See those ideas come to life.
  • Presentations – speak to internal and external stakeholders, including industry analysts and at ADP Board level to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.
To succeed in this role you’ll have
  • A proven track record in product management; and experience in the HCM space, ideally in Talent Management or Employee Experience
  • Experience working on mid‑market SaaS products with strong adoption and NPS outcomes
  • A strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of mid‑sized businesses (50–1000 employees)
