Join our UK Business Development Team and play a key role in supporting high-priority infrastructure bids. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Market Directors and Capture Managers, ensuring proposals are well-coordinated and submitted on time.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and refining documents for Expressions of Interest, Pre‑Qualification Questionnaires, and large tenders.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and submissions are timely.
- Maintain libraries and databases of company literature for future use.
- Research tender opportunities and assist in managing ePortals.
- Support with creating case studies, CVs, and project data sheets for business development.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of bid/proposal related meetings.
- Support capture planning and strategy development, especially for strategic and high‑priority bids.

Qualifications- A passion for collaboration and relationship‑building.
- Experience in bid coordination and proposal preparation (preferably in engineering or construction).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay proactive in managing risks.
- Effective communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and competitor analysis is a plus.
