We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and ambitious Executive Office Associate to cover a maternity leave in a fast-growing technology startup. Due to the immediate need this is a 12-month temp role.
This is such a brilliant opportunity for someone who has low level project management experience and is looking to build on this, you will be working closely with a visionary founder and play a key role in supporting a small but ambitious team during an exciting period of growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and actively seeks things to do, due to the role having excellent hybrid working there is no hand holding, we need someone who thrives working autonomously but can also bring a team together.
Responsibilities- Administration, HR & Business Operations: manage company platforms, HR systems, vendors, documentation, renewals, reporting, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
- Website & Digital Content: maintain website content, liaise with developers on updates and fixes, and manage online shop platforms with partners.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Support: coordinate with key partners on marketing activity, issue resolution, and monthly reporting for invoicing.
- Sustainability & ESG Tracking: support sustainability planning, track progress against targets, and maintain internal documentation and reporting.
- Project & Process Management: lead and deliver strategic projects, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Executive & Communications Support: act as a central point of communication across the organisation, supporting leadership and ensuring effective information flow.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
- This role has excellent hybrid working, our client is very open to reviewing candidates who live inside and outside London
