Senior Pension Administrator - Projects

Join us as a Senior Pension Administrator - Projects and play a pivotal role in our high impact onboarding and offboarding team, contributing to the successful implementation of schemes across the organisation. This is an exciting moment of growth and transformation, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our business as we grow further. We’re looking for someone who excels at building strong, influential relationships with clients and colleagues across the Business Area, creating a collaborative and high performing environment.

This is a hybrid role and can be based at any of our Bristol, Birmingham, Amersham or Leeds offices.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support positive change.
  • Be part of a forward thinking, fast evolving team where your ideas truly influence outcomes.
  • Participating in key meetings with internal and external partners to maintain strong alignment and momentum
  • Showcasing excellent time management skills, and thriving in a fastpaced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Alongside driving delivery, you’ll be working as part of a team working towards project best practice, coaching and supporting business development activities.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes
  • Knowledge of PRINCE 2 project methodologies
  • A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI exams
  • Minimum of GCSE Grade 5 or C in Maths and English
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
