As a Business Continuity & Resilience (BC&R) Officer, you will help ensure the organisation is well prepared for any disruptions, able to respond effectively to incidents, and equipped to make confident and well-informed decisions.
Working within the Assurance function, you will use BC&R insights from governance, risk, and control to support senior leaders across DVSA. You will act as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger to senior colleagues, by acting diplomatically and discreetly, helping the business understand BC&R risks, strengthen controls, and embed good BC&R culture in day-to-day activities and decision-making.
