SummaryYou’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.

Responsibilities- Accounts:
Manage a high volume of small‑spend accounts in our MM segment. - Risk:
Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn. - Relationships:
Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation. - Product:
Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders. - Customer
Experience:
Provide a high‑quality experience to our customers on a day‑to‑day basis. - Coordination:
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests. - Adoption:
Drive adoption of platform features that improve customer experience and retention.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client‑facing roles.
- Experience in at least one of the following: fast‑growth startup, top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
