Main Duties
International Partnership Growth
Work withourmarketing and sales team to develop and communicate our partnershipoffer
Onboard and mobilise new partnerorganisations
Introduce opportunities to existing partner networks to grow and develop their programmesoffer
Communicate wider programmesoffer and key deadlines across partner network
Ensure clarity and priority of programme engagement is shared with partners
International Partnership Management
Develop a deep understanding of our programmes, their operationaldeliveryand the key personnel to support partner queries and resolution
Facilitate regular meetings with partnersonline
Liaise with partnership, sales,finance and candidate management teams to relay partner and programmes team priorities and seek resolutions to partner queries and support requests
Identify and drive improvements to ease management, delivery and growth of our programmes and partnershipoffer
Support partner promotion and communication of our programmesoffer
Meet personal and team KPIs and objectives
Business Support
Collaborate with other departments to promote Best Practice Network more effectively, and to ensure smooth processing of sales administration.
Identifypossible weaknessesin currentmethodologyto driving continuous improvement within the team and across the wider business.
About you
A strong communicator (written and verbal)
Previous customer facing project management,delivery and relationship management experience
Existing knowledge of the education sector
Time management and organisational skills
Be highly competent using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and experienced with database
Be open to change - actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs
Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as theyarise
Exceptional administration and organisation
Able to commute to our Bristol Head Office regularly.
Hours of work require flexibility due to the nature of international interaction.
