Account Manager - Southern Counties

Role Overview

The role is best suited to an experienced account manager or project manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the main printing processes and will have previously worked in a client‑facing position. A proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients is desirable, as is self‑motivation and the ability to work well under pressure.

• The day‑to‑day management of all specific projects
• Building a professional working relationship with client contacts and vendors, ultimately ensuring that first‑class service and products are delivered
• Working with the client to develop new products utilizing the company’s design team
• Identifying opportunities for business growth
• Utilizing your project management skills to ensure all parties have a good understanding of job/campaign progress and key decision points
• Resolving operational issues

• Experience of dealing with suppliers and supply chains
• Good project‑management skills
• Good understanding of printing techniques/processes used on a variety of substrates
• Sound knowledge of substrates and high‑end finishing techniques
• Working knowledge of e‑procurement tools, MS Office and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
