The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially minded, relationship focused Key Account Manager. This position is focused on driving the expansion of existing client accounts across Spencer Ogden’s EMEA operations. It emphasizes client development, strategic planning, and enhancing operational efficiencies to ensure long‑term growth and sustainable business outcomes. Based in the EMEA region, you will lead client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The position will place a strong emphasis on expanding existing business, optimizing processes, and implementing best‑in‑class methodologies that drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Client Development
  • Drive growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high‑value clients across the EMEA region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging market insights and strategic solutions to foster long‑term partnerships and uncover opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead client development strategies that align with Spencer Ogden’s objectives, ensuring that existing client relationships are strengthened and expanded.
  • Develop and optimise client‑specific SLAs, focusing on improving client delivery performance and identifying new opportunities for market‑share growth through innovative service offerings.
  • Work closely with the dedicated client development team to drive the expansion of existing client accounts.
Client Account Growth & Process Optimization
  • Focus on driving expansion within existing accounts by identifying efficiencies and improvements in processes that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Use data‑driven insights and market intelligence to forecast client needs and suggest strategic adjustments that lead to sustainable growth.
  • Establish and refine processes and methodologies to deliver client solutions effectively, ensuring that operations align with both client expectations and Spencer Ogden’s high standards.
People & Talent Growth
  • As part of the KA Leadership Team across the region mentor and develop employees around Key Account methodologies and performance excellence.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback to employees.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Take ownership of strategic business planning for your assigned key accounts, with a focus on expanding the existing client base, driving revenue growth, and aligning operational capabilities with market needs.
  • Forecast revenue opportunities, operational performance, and account‑specific needs to ensure sustainable growth aligned with Spencer Ogden’s long‑term goals.
  • Leverage market trends and data insights to make timely, strategic decisions aimed at enhancing existing client relationships and driving overall business growth.
