Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial food & beverage start-up that's redefining innovation within the Ho Re Ca  space. I am working with a young, ambitious business specialising in clean-label, functional beverage solutions combining natural ingredients with cutting-edge product development to create unique, on-trend offerings for cafés, restaurants and hospitality brands.

• Oversee two business functions, covering New Product Development (NPD)
• Lead process setup, development and implementation across manufacturing and quality
• Support and host internal, external and supplier audits in line with BRC standards
• Own product specifications including shelf life testing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or evolving environment, with the ability to bring structure and implement robust processes
• Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams, supporting innovation without limiting product creativity
• Degree educated in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience with in the food or drink industry, ideally gained in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Prior exposure to UK grocery or Ho Re Ca  sector would be advantageous
