Well- Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Wellbeing Coordinator at Cedar Care. In this role, you will lead a team and oversee food and beverage service, coordinate group activities, and organise community events within the home and out in the community. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and a desire to make a positive impact in a rewarding environment.

Full-time, 38 hours per week, including some weekends.

Four-day week.

8 AM – 6 PM.

• Hospitality/events experience
• Customer service experience
• Creative arts experience
• Psychology knowledge
• Management or supervisory roles experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in taking initiative
