Homes Commercial Change Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years experience supporting or managing change within a commercial, operational, or customer facing environment
• 2+ years experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, proficiency in data analysis, and a strong background in change management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
• Confidence working in fast‑paced, change‑heavy environments
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• (Desirable) Experience with in mortgages, banking, or financial services
• (Desirable) Understanding of regulated environments and customer impact considerations
• (Desirable) Exposure to structured change approaches (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR), applied pragmatically
• (Desirable) Experience supporting changes to propositions, pricing, or customer journeys

• This opportunity is for a 12 month fixed term contract

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and embedding people‑centred change across the Homes Commercial function, ensuring that commercial initiatives are adopted effectively and translate into improved customer, broker, and business outcomes. • Assess impacts of commercial changes on people, processes, customers, and operations
• Identify risks to readiness, adoption, and customer outcomes early
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
• Support leaders to actively sponsor and lead change
• Deliver clear, timely, audience‑specific change communications
• Tailor messaging for commercial, operational, and intermediary‑facing teams
• Monitor adoption through feedback, confidence, and process adherence
• Ensure smooth transition into BAU and embed sustainable ways of working
