Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.
  • Lead journey digitisation and automation initiatives, replacing manual and paper‑based processes and reducing client contact.

  • Use market research, competitor analysis and client feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing journeys.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritising features and initiatives based on strategic impact, client value and technical feasibility.
  • Turn business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimisation.
  • Partner with operations and helpdesk teams to identify and remove avoidable contact, manual work and failure demand from transfer journeys.
  • Champion your products by communicating updates, benefits and value to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and data, identifying opportunities for improvement and future development.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally within financial services or Fin Tech.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Track record of launching and managing digital products from conception through to retirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product tools such as Jira, Confluence and Amplitude.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
  • Experience with asset management products and services highly desirable.
  • Self‑starter who can shape their own roadmap and priorities without waiting for instruction.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Discretionary annual bonus (subject to performance).
  • Annual pay review.
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional one‑day Christmas closure.
  • Option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday during the annual benefits window.
  • Flexible working options including hybrid work.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Pension scheme up to 11% employer contribution.
  • Income protection and life insurance.
  • Private medical insurance, health care cash plans including optical, dental and outpatient care.
  • Health screening programme.
  • Wellbeing support including confidential counselling, remote GP and wellness coaching.
  • Travel to work schemes with bike storage and shower facilities.
  • Paid volunteering days per year.
Working Schedule

Permanent, full‑time position of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Bristol with hybrid flexibility.
