Responsibilities

  • You’ll own the strategic direction of Product and AI across the organisation, ensuring our investments create meaningful value for our customers and the business.
  • Defining and delivering our Product and AI strategy aligned to our business goals.
  • Building and leading a high‑performing Product function, embedding best practice across Product Management and Product Ownership.
  • Creating customer‑led product roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Driving product innovation using customer insight, operational feedback and market intelligence.
  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation and intelligent workflows to improve customer experience, productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Leading product‑led transformation programmes that simplify processes and improve the way we work.
  • Working closely with Technology, Data and Operational teams to ensure products are delivered effectively and adopted successfully.
  • Establishing clear governance, prioritisation frameworks and success measures across the product portfolio.
  • Using data and customer insight to inform investment decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board on Product, AI and digital transformation.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading Product teams within a technology-enabled or digitally transforming organisation.
  • A proven track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience leading product‑led transformation and organisational change.
  • Strong experience building and developing Product Managers and creating high‑performing product teams.
  • The ability to identify and apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve products, services and business performance.
  • A strong understanding of customer‑centred product development, user experience and data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Engineering and Data teams to successfully deliver digital products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link product investment to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Executive teams and Boards.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and influencing skills.
