• Enthusiastic people who are ready to learn, work as part of a team and commit to completing their apprenticeship
• 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 - Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
• Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
• Good organisational and time management skills, with a reliable and professional approach
• A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
• The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
• Right to work in the UK and meet the government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements

Kick-start your career in public transport with our Bus Operations Apprenticeship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to projects such as Kids Go Free, delivering bus services across the West of England and helping to improve connectivity, sustainability, and access to opportunities for our communities.

• Deal with different types of customers and deliver a range of public services
• Analyse data and evidence to inform robust decision making
