- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 - Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
- Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Good organisational and time management skills, with a reliable and professional approach
- A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
- Right to work in the UK and meet the government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements

Bus Operations:Apprenticeship – Public Service Operational Delivery Officer – Level 3
Kick-start your career in public transport with our Bus Operations Apprenticeship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to projects such as Kids Go Free, delivering bus services across the West of England and helping to improve connectivity, sustainability, and access to opportunities for our communities.

What you’ll do at work- Deal with different types of customers and deliver a range of public services
- Analyse data and evidence to inform robust decision making
- Collaborate with colleagues, customers and partner organisations to support high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to the efficiency of the organisation by supporting functional areas and resolving issues across teams
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) and take a proactive approach to developing skills
- Identify problems quickly and use a range of techniques to solve them and prevent recurrence
