Principal Consultant; Business Architecture

Job Overview

Amentum is a global leader in engineering, project and programme management, and solutions integration. We are seeking an experienced Business Architecture Consultant to help clients translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change.

• Translate business strategy into actionable transformation plans.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOMs), organisational structures and governance frameworks.
• Develop business capability maps, value streams, customer journeys and service designs.
• Analyse business processes, data, systems and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce business cases, implementation roadmaps, benefits frameworks and performance measures.
• Facilitate workshops and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, change and delivery teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support business development activities, including bids, proposals and client presentations.

• Experience in business architecture, business analysis or organisational transformation.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between strategic intent and successful delivery.

• Experience with in Defence, Government, Nuclear or Critical National Infrastructure sectors is desirable.
• Understanding of Defence organisations, operating environments and ways of working.
