As part of a Serco-led consortium, TMP has been awarded the contract to deliver all marketing for UK Armed Forces recruitment. This joint initiative is known as the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Running until 2037, this contract offers an unrivalled opportunity to make a long-term, positive impact on the UK Armed Forces – and help transform the defence of the nation.

It means having the very best contractual and commercial leadership in place to own and drive the outputs, governance of the AFRS contract and commercial model. And that's where we need you.

The Role

You'll be the go-to for all things around contractual delivery, fully understanding the requirements of the contract, owning the governance framework and driving forward improvements to ensure we continue to deliver against all obligations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Taking full ownership of the AFRS contract and its governance requirements

* Own risk and RAID reporting within the governance framework

* Understanding all SLA and contractual obligations ensuring compliance across the contract

* Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to drive the commercial model

* Identifying opportunities for commercial growth and optimisation across the contract

* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the wider Team Serco consortium

* Supporting the development and refinement of the resourcing capacity plan, including clear recommendations for backfill and incremental recruitment

This role reports to the Head of TMP
268 and does not include direct line management responsibilities.

* Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in forecasting and resource planning

* Confidence using Excel and manual forecasting tools to support commercial decision-making
