We're looking for a proactive and organised professional who is passionate about helping organisations deliver meaningful change. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping how projects and programmes are resourced across the organisation, ensuring the right people are deployed to the right priorities at the right time. Working at the heart of our Corporate PMO, you'll help provide the insight, coordination and forward planning needed to support successful project delivery and informed decision-making.
This is a critical time in our transformation and growth journey, and you'll be pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitions by:
- Coordinating and managing the deployment of project management resources across the WECA portfolio.
- Coordinating project mobilisation activities, ensuring plans, schedules and resource requirements are clear and aligned.
- Maintain and update a portfolio level project schedule, keeping oversight over plans and resourcing commitments across the organisation.
- Supporting effective deployment of PMO resources across our portfolio, ensuring capacity is aligned to organisational priorities and delivery needs.
- Developing and maintaining a clear view of current and future project demand, providing insight that supports informed resource planning and decision-making.
- Ensuring portfolio information is accurate, complete and up to date, enabling effective reporting, assurance and governance.
- Coordinating project mobilisation activities, helping projects establish robust plans, controls and resource requirements from the outset.
- Providing proactive coordination between the Corporate PMO, Strategy Team and delivery teams to identify dependencies, manage competing priorities and support successful project delivery.

What you’ll bring- Have experience working in a PMO, project management or similar coordination environment.
- Can manage information from multiple sources with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
- Can balance competing priorities and maintain a clear focus on delivery.
