Thisrolesuitssomeonewhocanmovebetweenstrategicanalysisandhands-oncoordination:buildingreports,trackingexperiments,organisinglaunchesandcreatingpracticalprocessesthathelpteamsworkefficiently.

• Buildandmaintaindashboards,reportsandregularbusinessreviewsusingSQL,Excelor Google Sheets ,and Tableauorsimilartools.
• Analyseprogramperformance,answerbusinessquestionsandshareclearrecommendations.
• Supportthedesignandmeasurementofexperimentsandpilots,includingsizingopportunitiesandsummarisingresults.
• Coordinate cross-functionalworkstreams,trackingowners,timelines,dependenciesandopenissues.
• Supportin-personanddigitaleventorcontentproduction,fromplanningandlogisticsthroughdelivery.
• Turnprogramgoalsintoclearrequirements,processdocumentationandoperationalplaybooks.
• Preparedecks,one-pagersandstatusupdatesforstakeholders.
• Identifyprocessgapsandcreatepracticaltoolsortemplatestohelpteamsworkmoreeffectively.

• 8–10years’experienceinbusinessoperations,strategy,analytics,consultingorprogrammanagement.
• Adegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperience.
• Stronganalyticalskillsandhands-onexperiencewith
  
  Excelor Google Sheetsand SQL.
• Experience with Tableauorasimilarbusinessintelligencetool.
• Atrackrecordofmanagingmultipleprojectsandprioritieswithstrongorganisationandattentiontodetail.
• Experiencesupportingeventorcontentproduction,includingcoordinatingvendors,timelinesandlogistics.
• Clearwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withconfidencepresentingdataandrecommendations.
• Experienceworkingcross-functionallywithproduct,marketingordatascienceteams.
• Aproactive,curiousapproachandconfidenceworkinginanevolvingenvironment.

Experiencewithmarketplaces,membership,loyalty,incentiveormerchandisingprograms,andworkingacrossmultiplegeographies,wouldbeanadvantage.

Occasionaltraveltoanoffice,teamoffsiteorin-marketlocationmayberequiredbyagreementwiththemanager.
