I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded SME building contractor based in Bristol, known for its exceptional project delivery, strong client relationships, and down‑to‑earth culture. This is an exciting opportunity to join an “epic” regional contractor that's continuing to expand, delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, healthcare, and refurbishment projects across the South West.

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously – typically ranging between £500k and £10m in value. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Commercial staff to ensure smooth project delivery from pre‑construction through to handover. Your role will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain at the heart of every project.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within a main contracting environment
• Strong technical understanding of construction, refurbishment, and Design & Build delivery
• Ability to lead multiple live projects and mentor site teams
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Based in or commutable to Bristol / South West region

• Salary up to £70,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive Package
