I’m recruiting on behalf of a respected regional construction business known for delivering high-end refurbishment and fit out projects for blue-chip clients, developers, and occupiers along the M4 Corridor.

🔧 The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract through to final account, typically working on complex refurbishment and fit out schemes.

You’ll work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients, ensuring commercial control, accurate reporting, and fair, transparent procurement throughout the lifecycle of each project.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially astute, and trusted to run their own work.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within refurbishment or fit out

* Strong understanding of commercial interiors and design-led projects

* Confident managing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Detail-focused with a proactive, professional approach

* Based in or able to commute across the M4 Corridor
