Site Manager - Design & Build Office Fit Out - Bristol / Bath - £55,000 to £58,000

A leading Design & Build office fit out contractor delivering high-end commercial interiors across Bristol, London and Birmingham is looking to appoint a Site Manager.

This is a site-based role covering projects primarily in Bristol and Bath, with occasional travel further afield. Travel is well compensated and incentivised.

Projects typically range from £200k to £3m delivering fast-paced, design-led office fit out schemes.

• Full site management responsibility on D&B office fit out projects
• Managing subcontract trades and direct labour on live commercial schemes
• Health & Safety management and site compliance
• Programme coordination with the Project Manager
• Quality control and high standards of finish
• Client interface and professional representation on site

A trade background is essential. You must understand construction practically and be confident managing trades directly.

Design & Build experience is preferred. Fit out experience is ideal, but strong D&B construction background will be considered.

You need to be organised, proactive and capable of driving programme in fast-paced environments.

Salary £55,000 to £58,000 depending on experience. Strong travel compensation and incentives in place for projects outside the immediate Bristol / Bath area.
