MRICS Building Surveyor - Consultancy L3 - flow - fee

MRICS Building Surveyor - Consultancy L3 work - 2-4 jobs per week job flow - £1000 average fee

My client is an established SME located in London. Due to consistent work flow, they are looking to add an additional consultant to their team.

You must be experienced with L2 / L3 work and be prepared to cover ideally the whole of London (may consider North or South of river patch radius). They are happy to consider any London or Home Counties base location but do require flexibility.

You will be working on a fee split basis. I've been advised typical job flow will be 2-3 jobs per week on average reaching up to 4 jobs weekly during busier periods.

All figures quoted above are agency approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments*
