Associate Building Surveyor – Bristol Excellent Package

Leading inter-disciplinary consultancy are looking for an Associate Chartered Building Surveyor in their vibrant office in Bristol where you’ll have the chance to lead a team and showcase your expertise while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire.

You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation as well as developing new work streams and client opportunities through both innovation as well as repeat business arising from effective project delivery.

With MRICS status you will have extensive experience in Building Surveying within client facing roles and proven leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

You will have knowledge of MS 365; JCT / NEC Contracts;
AutoCAD / Vectorworks design software; UK building regulations and construction standards;
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act 2023.
