• Building Surveys
• Valuations and Property Appraisals
• Expert Witness Work
• Specific Defect Inspections
• Structural Assessments
• New Build Monitoring
• Dilapidation Services
• Schedules of Condition
• Licence to Alter
• Party Wall Matters
