Construction Associate or Senior Associate - Bristol

Join a growing Construction & Engineering team and play a key role in delivering non contentious construction advice across major development, infrastructure and energy projects nationwide.

You’ll work with funders, developers and contractors, gaining exposure to complex, high value projects while developing your technical skills, sector knowledge and professional network. You’ll also have opportunities to support marketing and business development activities to strengthen both your profile and the team's reputation.

• Managing construction transactions
• Advising clients on risk and project deliverables
• Developing strong client relationships
• Supporting junior colleagues
• Contributing to thought leadership and networking initiatives

• A qualified solicitor with strong experience in non contentious construction, including JCT/NEC contracts and construction due diligence
• Confident, client focused, collaborative, and enthusiastic about the built environment
• Sector specific interest or mentoring experience is a bonus
