Drainage Civils Crew

7am – 5pm (50 hours per week)

Pay:
Ganger – £17.50 per hour, Operative – £14.50 per hour

You will be working as part of a dedicated civils crew carrying out a range of drainage and groundwork activities, primarily for commercial clients, including:

• Drainage excavations, installations, connections, and repairs
• Groundworks and minor civils works
• Pipework renewals and repairs
• Reinstatements following drainage works
• Patch lining and associated remedial works

• Ganger: £17.50 per hour
• Operative: £14.50 per hour
• 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Travel time paid
• Time and a half for:
• Any work completed between 7pm and 7am
• Weekend work
• Strong long-term earning potential
• Permanent, stable workload with a growing contractor

• Proven experience in drainage civils and groundworks
• Valid UK driving licence (at least one member of the crew)
• CSCS Card
• NRSWA (Streetworks) qualification (desirable)
• 360 Excavator qualification (desirable)
• SSSTS (desirable)
• Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test
