Location: Bristol (covering the South West)Salary: £32,000 - £35,000Contract: Permanent Full-time

A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Bristol and the wider South West. The business has a consistent workload, sensible scheduling, and a strong operational setup that allows surveyors to focus on delivering quality work without unnecessary pressure.

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264

• Working across commercial and mixed-use properties

• Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports

• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

• Ability to manage workload independently

• Full UK driving licence
