A reputable UK building contractor is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer / Assistant Site Manager in the North West. This dual role involves supervising site operations and engaging with residents, ensuring health & safety standards and addressing tenant concerns. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupied social housing refurbishments, possess strong communication skills, and hold a SMSTS certification.
A driving license is also required. Competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus car allowance is offered.
