Quantity Surveyor required for a long-established national fit‑out contractor delivering retail, hospitality, commercial and leisure projects across the UK. This role offers involvement in fast-paced refurbishment and fit‑out schemes with a well-supported commercial team. The successful candidate will work on projects across the M4, M5 and M25 corridors; regular office presence near Bristol and site visits as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with fit‑out experience looking for long‑term stability and varied project exposure.

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
• Valuing and certifying subcontractor applications and payments
• Managing variations, change control and cost reporting
• Producing CVRs and supporting monthly commercial reporting
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to maintain financial control
• Attending site visits and progress meetings across live projects
• Supporting tender reviews and assisting with project budgeting
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial targets

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit‑out, refurbishment or similar
• Good understanding of subcontract procurement and contract administration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to travel to sites when required
• Ability to commute to the Bristol office
