Due to an increase in their workload a main contractor that specialises in the high end residential sector (delivering a mixture of refurbishment, new build, extensions and fit out schemes), is looking to appoint a Site Manager.

Previous experience of delivering high end residential sector schemes is not essential but what is essential is that you have the personality to work within a client facing role and the flexibility and professionalism to adapt to changes in the design / detail.

With the client open to your background being from either a main contractor or residential developer, this is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking to further progress their career working on interesting projects which can include Listed Buildings, specialist sub-contractors and imported materials that can often have elongated lead in times.

The client primarily operates within the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire areas so this opportunity would best suit someone living in these areas.

On offer for this Site Manager opportunity is salary guide of c.£55,000 plus benefits.
