M&E Site Manager - Fuel Farm Project

Location: Near Bristol
Rate: £250-£300 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: Initial 3 Months (Potential Extension)

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee works on a Fuel Farm project near Bristol. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, excellent health & safety management, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively to deliver a safe and efficient site operation.

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a live fuel farm project
• Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained at all times
• Prepare, review, and manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and reports
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant site environment
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure workforce engagement
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Resolve site issues proactively and maintain a positive working environment

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager
  , ideally within energy, gas, or infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi‑disciplinary teams
• Competent with site paperwork, including RAMS and H&S documentation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS (essential)
• CSCS Card (essential)
• Additional H&S qualifications beneficial

• Local candidates preferred due to site location
• Immediate start available
