Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high‑quality construction projects.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to final account, working closely with project and site teams.

• Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Preparing valuations, variations and payment applications
• Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
• Supporting the financial performance of projects

• Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor
• Background working for a main contractor
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
