Th... The role offers the chance to work closely with key public sector clients, including Somerset Council and Bath Council, alongside involvement in a diverse range of projects.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to heritage focused work. While prior heritage experience is advantageous, it is by no means essential – support and guidance will be provided for those keen to develop in this area.

• Deliver a range of professional building surveying/quantity surveying services
• Manage and support project delivery across multiple sectors
• Work closely with public sector clients, including local authorities
• Contribute to surveys, reports, and contract administration
• Support heritage and conservation-led projects (where applicable)

• Newly Chartered Building Surveyor  (MRICS)
  or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload across professional and project work
• Interest in developing experience with heritage projects (desirable, not essential)

• Competitive salary:
• £45,000–£50,000 for Chartered Building Surveyors
• £50,000–£55,000 for Senior Quantity Surveyors
