10 Recruitment are working with a fast-growing multidisciplinary construction and engineering group delivering integrated solutions across building, fit-out, refurbishment, commercial interiors, electrical, AV, and data services. With a strong focus on end-to-end project delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial and industrial projects from construction stage through to successful completion. You will be responsible for the full delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Working closely with both pre-construction and delivery teams, you will oversee site activity, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out site surveys and technical meetings to develop client specifications Preparing contract programmes, project plans, and cost schedules Managing subcontractor packages, negotiation, and allocation of works Ordering and coordinating materials from technical drawings Managing multiple projects across different sites nationally Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Monitoring progress and reporting updates to senior management and clients Problem-solving on site and supporting smooth project delivery Ensuring compliance with H&S legislation, CDM regulations, and RAMS Demonstrating strong technical understanding across all areas of construction About You NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in Construction or related discipline SMSTS qualified CSCS card holder First Aid trained Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations Experience managing multiple commercial or industrial construction projects Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and client-facing ability Proficient in MS Office;
