Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol Salary: £65,000  Benefits We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bristol . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works , ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You:

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
