Michael Taylor Search & Selection is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major redevelopment project in Bristol. This role offers a salary of £115,000 plus a strong completion bonus and the option for either a fixed-term contract or a permanent position.
The successful candidate will oversee all commercial aspects of a £55m project, including subcontract procurement, cost reporting, risk management, and final account negotiations. Candidates should have experience with large-scale refurbishment projects and be ready to take ownership of significant responsibilities.
