Quantity Surveyor | Bristol | £45,000–£55,000 | Permanent About the Role We are working with a well-established commercial building services business to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Bristol-based team. This position offers exposure across the full commercial lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. It’s an excellent opportunity someone driven looking to progress within a stable, hard-working environment.

Key Responsibilities Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and CVRs Preparing valuations, applications for payment and financial reports Administering JCT, NEC and Design & Build contracts Managing variations, risks and change control processes Procuring and managing subcontractors through to final account Supporting tendering, estimating and cost planning activities Producing monthly commercial and board-level reports What We’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar 1–2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor or commercial role within the construction sector Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills The details Bristol based with site visits across the South West Salary: £ Permanent Strong progression potential If you are looking for your next progressive step as a QS, please get in touch!
