Construction Service Project Manager (Bristol / Hybrid) – Full Time

Position SummaryAn exciting opportunity to join our Group Property team. The role leads a range of infrastructure projects from small scale refurbishments to multi‑layered facilities throughout the entire project life‑cycle.
Key Accountabilities- Safe delivery of construction projects within key parameters of cost, schedule and quality.
- Consistent deployment and optimisation of relevant Rolls‑Royce processes and standards to support infrastructure programmes.
- Support reviews of all aspects of construction services and delivery to drive continuous improvement.
- Accountability for quality of inputs and performance from Rolls‑Royce employees and supply chain partners.
- Support audits or assurance reviews to maintain the compliance framework.
- Work with Construction Professional Services Framework Partners to share industry lessons, best practices, new tools/technology and align resources to industry approaches where practicable.
- Collaboration with a wide range of Rolls‑Royce central support functions as well as operating units.
Senior level experience delivering multi‑layered construction and/or infrastructure programmes/projects in a regulated industry; experience supporting and managing multi‑layered project teams comprising supply chain partners and in‑house resources from a corporate matrix organisation; ability to scrutinise professional services and construction contracts; demonstrated understanding of key procurement methods in the construction industry; experience with NEC contracts; working knowledge of other contract types; robust knowledge of statutory, regulatory and construction industry requirements of duty holders with emphasis on client obligations throughout the construction process.
PositionQualifications
Degree level qualification, or equivalent construction industry experience. Ideally a member of or working towards membership of a construction related professional project body. Additional qualifications in line with the Association for Project Management (APM) or Project Management Institute (PMI) are beneficial.
