The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple new build housing projects from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully whilst maintaining robust commercial control.

Key Responsibilities Commercial management of new build housing developments Procurement of subcontractor packages Preparation and management of subcontract documentation Cost reporting and forecasting Valuation and payment of subcontract accounts Management of variations and change control Preparation and agreement of final accounts Identification and management of commercial risks Liaison with clients, subcontractors and operational teams Supporting successful project delivery from start to completion Requirements Previous experience as a project Quantity Surveyor.
