An industry leading Construction Consultancy is seeking a hard‑working Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help the Senior QS carry out a variety of duties, such as completing cost management reports, assisting with monthly financial reporting and preparing feasibility reports.

The role mainly involves working on Logistics projects, though the assistant may choose which project to work on, allowing them to work from inception to completion.

• Help the Senior QS complete cost management reports.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare feasibility reports.
• Work on Logistics projects from inception to completion.

• Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited.
• Working towards chartership.
• Good pre and post contract knowledge.
• At least 2 years' experience within a PQS consultancy.
• Driving licence and car required.

£30,000 - £40,000.
