Estimator (Roofing / Construction)
£60,000 – £70,000 + progression, hybrid work model, and company benefits.
Bristol
We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a background in construction or roofing to join our leading design and installation company. This permanent, long‑term role offers autonomy and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects.
In this role you will be responsible for tender requests, cost estimation, supplier and client relationship management, commercial handovers, and supplier selection. The position is Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements.
- Cost planning and estimation
- Develop tenders after consultation and assess which projects the company will bid on
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff
- Monday to Friday – 40 hour week
- Estimator or similar role experience
- Background in construction or roofing
- Able to commute to Bristol and surrounding areas
