Asbestos Surveyor - South West
Location:
Bristol (covering the South West)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Contract:
Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Bristol and the wider South West. The business has a consistent workload, sensible scheduling, and a strong operational setup that allows surveyors to focus on delivering quality work without unnecessary pressure.
This role is ideal for someone looking for stability, a competitive salary for the region, and long-term progression within a supportive team.

- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264 - Working across commercial and mixed-use properties
- Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
